Contractor Referral Program (CRP)
Terms & Conditions
In order for the contractors to be accepted into the Contractor Referral Program (CRP), they must be licensed and fully insured. Although Universal Supply makes every effort to ensure that the contractor is licensed and insured when they are initially enrolled in CRP, we cannot guarantee that both are still in force after the enrollment period. We recommend that you request a copy of the contractor’s license and insurance before any work commences.
Universal Supply is diligent in its efforts to only allow top quality contractors to participate in the program. Any agreement between you and the contractor, either expressed or implied, is not a contract with Universal Supply. Universal Supply is not liable for the workmanship of the contractor.
We have provided an area in this section of the website for your feedback. We are very interested in the level of service provided by the participating contractors such as responsiveness to your inquiries and quality of the work rendered. Any feedback, good or bad, will be greatly appreciated in order that we may continue to refer the best contractors available.
