Any agreement between you and the contractor, either expressed or implied, is not a contract with Universal Supply. The contractors listed on our site are not agents of the company and we are not liable in any way regarding the work performed by the contractor. We highly recommend that you obtain a copy of the contractor’s insurance and license before any work commences.

We have provided an area in this section of the website for your feedback. We are very interested in the level of service provided by the participating contractors such as responsiveness to your inquiries and quality of the work rendered. Any feedback, good or bad, will be greatly appreciated in order that we may continue to refer the best contractors available.
