Decking

Azek Building Products has announced a price increase of approximately 3-11% on all decking.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 1, 2019.

Azek Building Products has announced they will be discontinuing the following items from their product line:  TimberTech Pro Tropical Collection – All variegated colors, TimberTech Pro Legacy – Sapele color only; TimberTech Pro Terrain Mono – Full Profile SKUs only; TimberTech DockSider and TwinFinish – All deck products.  The final order date for the existing products will be November 1, 2019 and the last shipments will be November 29, 2019.

Doors

PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 3, 2020.

Schlage has announced a price increase on all products.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on November 1, 2019.

Exterior Millwork

Azek Building Products has announced a price increase of approximately 4-5% on Azek trim and moulding.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 1, 2019.

Intex Millwork Solutions has announced they are now making louvered and paneled shutters in 11 pre-finshed colors.

Railing

Azek Building Products has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on their Impression Rail Express line.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 1, 2019.

CertainTeed Railing Products Group has announced some discontinued items to their product line that will cease at year-end or sooner.

Roofing – Residential Roofing

GAF has announced the design enhancements that have been made to Timbertex Premium Ridge Cap Shingles.  This change does not require a do-not-mix.  This is a running change and any material can be mixed with existing inventory.

Siding

CertainTeed Siding Products Group has announced the discontinuation of the UnderShield Water Diversion System product line by year end or sooner.

Garden State Lumber has announced a price increase of approximately 5 -10% on all NuCedar Shingles.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2020. 

Windows

PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products.  We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 3, 2020.

Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 6-9% on all products.  We will adjust our prices effective January 3, 2020.
