| Marvin Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 15, 2025. PlyGem has also introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Patio Doors: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. Provia has introduced Ascent Fiberglass Doors to their new fiberglass entry door line. |

| HB & G announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |

| CS Cavity Sliders has announced a price increase of approximately 4% on Pocket Frames, Track Systems, and Component categories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Kitchens |
| Cabinetworks has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 4.5-6.5% on all Kitchen Cabinets and Vanities. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 16, 2026. |
| Roofing |
| Air Vent has announced a price increase of approximately 8-12% on all our aluminum products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 1, 2025. DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. IKO Metals Inc has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on their Decra and Tilcor product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced effective January 1, 2026, a DO NOT MIX will be implemented for all Cedar Impressions Pacific Blue products. James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on many of their product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Stairs |
| Durawood Products have announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Tools |
| Louisville Ladder has announced a price increase of approximately 3-5% on all Fiberglass and Aluminum products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 1, 2025. |

| Andersen Windows and Doors have announced triple-pane glass is now available on 100 Series casement, awning and picture windows. True quarter and half circle shapes in the 100 Series product line are now available to order. Marvin Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 15, 2025. PlyGem has introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Windows: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. Viwinco has also announced a model change to their Cambridge S-Series and OceanView picture windows scheduled for the third quarter of this year. |
