ProVia has announced a price increase of approximately 2.4 – 4.6% on all Doors. | Intex had announced a price increase of approximately 5 % on all Pergola systems with aluminum components. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 28, 2026. |
| Metal Framing |
| EB Metal US/Super Stud announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all steel products. We will adjust our prices effective February 28, 2026. |
| Railing |
| Intex had announced a price increase of approximately 5 % on all Railing products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 28, 2026. |
| Roofing |
| DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. Ideal Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 6-12% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 27, 2026. Lomanco has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all aluminum products and the Bathroom/Kitchen vent line. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2026. |
| Siding |
| CertainTeed Siding has announced effective January 1, 2026, a DO NOT MIX will be implemented for all Cedar Impressions Pacific Blue products. CertainTeed Siding has also announced exciting changes to their product line for 2026: RISE is now available in 20 stunning prefinished colors, joint covers and touch-up paint will be available, STONEfacade is now available in two new colors (Acadia Breeze and Shenandoah Ridge), CERTAplank is now available in two bold stylish colors (Melrose, and Tuxedo), Urban Reserve will debut six new smooth woodgrain colors (Harvest Cedar, Soho Grey, Rockwood, Loft Blonde, Gothic Grey, and Natural Sienna), and Vycor house wrap and flashing tapes will be available also. James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on many of their product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |

| Alum-A-Pole has announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 16, 2026. |
| Windows |
Andersen Windows and Doors have announced triple-pane glass is now available on 100 Series casement, awning and picture windows. True quarter and half circle shapes in the 100 Series product line are now available to order.
Marvin has announced the discontinuation of the Marvin Skycove, Marvin Awaken, and Marvin Skylight effective February 23, 2026.
MI Windows and Doors have announced starting in February 2026, Black/Black laminate finish will be available on select V2000 Series products.
