| Starborn has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 5-15% on various products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on October 1, 2025. |
| Doors |
| JeldWen has announced effective October 6, 2025, they will be discontinuing their 7/0 Molded Bifolds and Slabs in the following styles: Birkdale, Caiman, Camden, Conmore, Craftsman III, Rockport, Santa Fe, and Textured Colonist. They will also be discontinuing the Studio SL100 design completely. PlyGem has also introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Patio Doors: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. Viwinco has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective on October 1, 2025. Viwinco has also announced that their Midnight Black and Brown laminate colors for 650 Doors are now available. |

| HB & G announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |
| Lumber |
| Simpson Strongtie has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 7-10% on all fastener and anchor products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on October 15, 2025. |
| Roofing |
| Atlas has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately $5.00 per roll tariff surcharge on Summit and Gorilla Guard Synthetic Underlayment. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on November 1, 2025. Owens Corning has announced price increases due to the tariffs on Synthetic Underlayment products. We will adjust our prices effective on October 1, 2025. |
| Siding |
| Benjamin Obdyke has announced a price increase of approximately 2-5% on all HydroGap SA, BenWrap, InvisiWrap UV, and BattenUV. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on October 14, 2025. CertainTeed Siding has announced effective January 1, 2026, a DO NOT MIX will be implemented for all Cedar Impressions Pacific Blue products. |

| PlyGem has introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Windows: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. Viwinco has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective on October 1, 2025. Viwinco has also announced a model change to their Cambridge S-Series and OceanView picture windows scheduled for the third quarter of this year. |
