| CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all CertainTeed Restoration Millwork PVC Mouldings. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. |
| Roofing |
| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all shingle, underlayment, and ventilation products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Certainteed has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2026 DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on aluminum products and 5% on steel and power products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 13, 2026. GAF has also announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all residential roofing products. This increase will also apply to all New Construction and Builder/Multi Family business. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2026. Lomanco has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all aluminum products and the Bathroom/Kitchen vent line. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2026. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on shingle and roofing accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 4-5% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 23, 2026. |
| Siding |
| CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on CertainTeed Vinyl, Metal, Soffit and accessories, Cedar Impressions, and Rise Composite Cladding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Gentek has announced a price increase of approximately 2-4% on all vinyl siding, soffit, and accessories; 4-6% on all composite cladding and accessories; and 6% on shakes & scallops, and insulation. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 8, 2026. James Hardie had announced that they launched an enhanced Hardie Trim effective February 23, 2026. Backgroove Removal (Hardie Trim will now transition to rectangle trim and come without back grooves); Backgroove Hardie Trim (can be mixed with Rectangle Hardie Trim); Statement Collection Hardie Trim will now have 10 color options in all sizes with smaller unit sizes for non-Arctic White colors; They had also announced Statement Collection Changes: More substrate options that no longer require a Product Exception to order. Sherwood Lumber has announced a price increase of approximately 4% on Everlast Siding and accessories. Everlast Seam Bracket will increase approximately 50%. |

Andersen Windows and Doors have announced triple-pane glass is now available on 100 Series casement, awning and picture windows. True quarter and half circle shapes in the 100 Series product line are now available to order.
