| James Hardie/TimberTech/Azek has announced a price increase of approximately 3.5% on all Decking products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on November 2, 2026. James Hardie/TimberTech/Azek has also announced a price increase on all Decking products effective January 2027. Parksite has announced a price increase on all Decking products effective December 2026. Woodgrain has announced a price increase on all Decking products effective January 2027. |
| Doors |
| Marvin has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Ultimate and Elevate Collection products and 3% on all Essential Collection products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on November 16, 2026. Marvin had also announced a price reduction on their essential window and patio door line. It will be a savings of approximately 10%. |

| Super Stud has announced a price increase on all products. We will adjust our prices will effective with shipments on November 2, 2026. USG has announced effective immediately they have discontinued Sheetrock Brand Durabond 210 Joint Compound. |
