| REEB has announced a price increase of approximately 3-6% on all Therma Tru Classic Craft and Fiber Classic Doors, Therma Tru Components, Therma Tru Smooth Star and Steel Doors, Larson Storm Doors, and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 10, 2026. Viwinco has announced their Viwinco Multitrack 650 Door will be available in VQ2 for all markets effective August 3, 2026. |

| REEB has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Fypon products. We will adjust our prices with shipments on August 10, 2026. |
| Gypsum |
| USG has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all Commercial and Retail Ceiling Panels and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 10, 2026. USG has also announced effective immediately they have discontinued Sheetrock Brand Durabond 210 Joint Compound. |
| Siding |
| Garden State Lumber has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all NuCedar Shingle products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2026. Mastic has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Vinyl Siding and accessories, Injection Molded Products, and PVC Trim. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2026. Mid-America has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all Shutters, Blocks and Vents. We will adjust our prices with shipments on September 4, 2026. This increase does not apply to SturdiMount Blocks. |

| Louisville Ladder has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective August 3, 2026. Louisville Ladder also announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all products. Effective January 1, 2027. |
| Windows |
| Velux has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 17, 2026. Viwinco has announced a model change to their Cambridge S-Series and OceanView picture windows scheduled for the third quarter of this year. Viwinco has also announced that back in April they made changes to their Cambridge double-hung pricing structure. They have decided to apply the same structure to their Cambridge single-hungs and Cambridge 2-lite sliders. This change will take effective on August 3, 2026 |
