| Trex has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on Signature and 7% on Transcend Tropical. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2025. |

| Andersen has announced a price increase of approximately 2.5%-5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 3rd, 2025. Reeb announced a price increase of approximately 2-12% on all Therma-Tru Glas Insert and Woodgrain products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 24, 2025. Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 3, 2025. MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. ProVia has announced a price increase of approximately 2.5-3.5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2025. Viwinco has announced a price increase of approximately 2.25% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 1, 2025. |

| CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Restoration Millwork. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 13, 2025. HB & G has announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. REEB has announced a price increase of approximately 2.40% on aa Direct and Special orders. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 18, 2025. REEB also announced a price increase of approximately 2.4% on all in Stock HB&G Columns. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 24, 2025. |
| Gypsum |
| CertainTeed Gypsum has announced a price increase of approximately 20% on all ½” Easi-Lite Gypsum Wallboard and 30% on all remaining Gypsum Wallboard products, including Value-Added-Products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 3, 2025. National Gypsum has announced a price increase on all Gold Bond, ProForm, and PermaBASE brands. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 6, 2025. USG has announced a price increase on wallboard, tile backer, and interior finishing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 13, 2025. |

| GAF has announced the discontinuation of Timberline Cool Series Shingles in all colors effective immediately. Royal Sovereign Shingles on January 1, 2025. Charcoal and Weathered Gray Sovereign Shingles will still be produced. Neverleak has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 1,2025. IPS/DCI has announced a price increase, amount still to be announced. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 3,2025. |

| CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all vinyl siding, soffit and accessories, Cedar Impressions, and STONEfacade. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 13, 2025. CertainTeed has announced the discontinuation of the following SKU list by the end of this year. | Durawood has announced they will no longer have Rosin Wrap as an option to cover stairs. It will be replaced with a non-skid felt wrap effective January 1, 2025. |

MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. MI Windows and Doors had also announced the new black laminate J-Channel option for their V2000 Series on models 3500/3540, 3500PW/3540PW and 3500/3540SP.
