| Andersen has announced a price increase of approximately 2% on all patio doors and 4.2% on all storm doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 30, 2025. MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. PlyGem has introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Patio Doors: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. Viwinco has announced that their Midnight Black and Brown laminate colors for 650 Doors are now available. |

| HB & G announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |

| Metrie has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on FJ Moulding and Jambs. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 2, 2025. |
| Roofing – Residential |
| DaVinci Roofscapes announced a price increase of approximately 4 – 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2025. GAF had announced effective May 1, 2025, they discontinued the following Timberline Natural Shadow shingles: Barkwood, Hickory, Hunter Green, Shakewood, Slate, and Canadian Driftwood. |

| Benjamin Obdyke had announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products except the following ridge ventilation product lines: Roll Vent, Rapid Ridge, Xtractor Vent, Shark Vent and Cougar LP. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on May 15, 2025. |
| Windows |

MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, and the 1650 Picture Window. MI Windows and Doors had also announced the new black laminate J-Channel option for their V2000 Series on models 3500/3540, 3500PW/3540PW and 3500/3540SP.
