| Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 26, 2026. PlyGem has also introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Patio Doors: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. ProVia has announced a price increase of approximately 2.4 – 4.6% on all Doors. ProVia has introduced Ascent Fiberglass Doors to their new fiberglass entry door line. |

| Fypon has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effect with shipments on January 17, 2026. HB & G announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |
| Interior Millwork |
| CS Cavity Sliders has announced a price increase of approximately 4% on Pocket Frames, Track Systems, and Component categories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Kitchens |
| Cabinetworks has announced a price increase due to the tariffs of approximately 4.5-6.5% on all Kitchen Cabinets and Vanities. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 16, 2026. |
| Roofing |
| Berger has announced a price increase of approximately 8-12% on all aluminum products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 19, 2026. DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. EcoStar has announced a price increase on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 5, 2026. IKO Metals Inc has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on their Decra and Tilcor product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Siding |
| CertainTeed Siding has announced effective January 1, 2026, a DO NOT MIX will be implemented for all Cedar Impressions Pacific Blue products. CertainTeed Siding has also announced exciting changes to their product line for 2026: RISE is now available in 20 stunning prefinished colors, joint covers and touch-up paint will be available, STONEfacade is now available in two new colors (Acadia Breeze and Shenandoah Ridge), CERTAplank is now available in two bold stylish colors (Melrose, and Tuxedo), Urban Reserve will debut six new smooth woodgrain colors (Harvest Cedar, Soho Grey, Rockwood, Loft Blonde, Gothic Grey, and Natural Sienna), and Vycor house wrap and flashing tapes will be available also. James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on many of their product lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. Smart Vent has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on their primary stainless-steel models (1540-510, 1540-520, and 1540-570). |

| Durawood Products have announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. |
| Windows |
| Andersen Windows and Doors have announced triple-pane glass is now available on 100 Series casement, awning and picture windows. True quarter and half circle shapes in the 100 Series product line are now available to order. PlyGem has introduced their latest enhancement to their 1500 Vinyl Collection Windows: new, all black interior and exterior finishes. ProVia has announced a price increase of approximately 4.6% on all Vinyl windows and 7-10% on their Ecolite single hung. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2026. Viwinco has also announced a model change to their Cambridge S-Series and OceanView picture windows scheduled for the third quarter of this year. |
