| Amarr has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on residential and commercial sectional doors and sections, commercial rolling doors and grilles, and track, hardware, and parts. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 27, 2026. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 5-9% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 19, 2026. MI Windows and Doors has also announced they have switched their spacer color on dual pane units from grey to black. Effective March 30, 2026. Ply Gem has announced the discontinuation of their Ply Gem Classic Sliding Patio Door. In its place they will be offering the Ply Gem 1500 Vinyl Collection Sliding Patio Door effective May 3, 2026. Ply Gem has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Simonton has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Silverline has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. |

| CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all CertainTeed Restoration Millwork PVC Mouldings. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. |
| Gypsum |
| CertainTeed Gypsum has announced a price increase of approximately 20% on all ½” Easi-Lite Gypsum Wallboard products and 30% on all remaining Gypsum Wallboard products, including Value-Added-Products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 4, 2026. Clark Dietrich has announced a price increase on all steel products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 6, 2026. Super Stud has announced a price increase on all steel products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 13, 2026. |

| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all shingle, underlayment, and ventilation products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Berger has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all aluminum products and 12% on all copper. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 13, 2026. Certainteed has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2026 DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. DaVinci has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all DaVinci products (excluding Inspire Slate). We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 18, 2026 GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all residential roofing products. This increase will also apply to all New Construction and Builder/Multi Family business. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2026. GAF has also announced a price increase on commercial roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 16, 2026. Lomanco has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all aluminum products and the Bathroom/Kitchen vent line. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2026. Polyglass has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 16, 2026. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on shingle and roofing accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Tarco has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 4, 2026. Versico has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 13, 2026. |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on CertainTeed Vinyl, Metal, Soffit and accessories, Cedar Impressions, and Rise Composite Cladding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. Kingspan had announced a price increase of approximately 4-8% on all GreenGuard LG XPS Insulation Board and GreenGuard Fanfold/Underlayment. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on March 31, 2026. Mastic has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on vinyl siding, soffit, and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2026. Mid America has announced a price increase of approximately 6-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 17, 2026. PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all Ply Gem Performance Metals aluminum products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2026. PolyMolding has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products delivered on or after April 15, 2026. An additional 15% price increase on all products delivered on or after May 15, 2026. Progressive Foam has announced a price increase of approximately 2-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 18, 2026. Westlake has announced a price increase of approximately 8-12% on all TruExterior Siding and Trim products. We will be adjusting our prices effective with shipments on April 30, 2026. |
