| Alegion has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 29, 2026. Andersen has announced a price increase on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 29, 2026. Andersen had also announced that the 400 Series offering is continuing to expand with new black finishes starting April 20, 2026: Black interior and exterior finishes across 400 Series patio doors, and Matte black hardware and updated hardware finish naming. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products except the 1650 and 1556 double hung lines. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 4, 2026. Ply Gem has announced the discontinuation of their Ply Gem Classic Sliding Patio Door. In its place they will be offering the Ply Gem 1500 Vinyl Collection Sliding Patio Door effective May 3, 2026. Ply Gem has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 3-4% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 27, 2026. Simonton has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Silverline has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all Vinyl Windows and Doors, Aluminum Windows and Doors and all parts and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Viwinco has announced a price increase of approximately 4.25% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 18, 2026. |

| FastenMaster has announced a price increase of approximately 8-15% on FastenMaster Hybrid Production (Import and Domestic): Cortex Deck and Trap Ease; FastenMaster Import Product: GuardDog, PAMFast Screws, Tiger Claw. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. |

| CertainTeed Gypsum has announced a price increase of approximately 20% on all ½” Easi-Lite Gypsum Wallboard products and 30% on all remaining Gypsum Wallboard products, including Value-Added-Products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Georgia Pacific has announced a price increase on all gypsum board products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 11, 2026. USG has announced a price increase on all paper faced and glass mat products, all interior finishing products, all bead and trim products, and all steel and vinyl products manufactured by Phillips Manufacturing. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. |

| Christy’s has announced a price increase of approximately 9% on all solvent cements, primers, and adhesives across all brands. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments June 1, 2026. Intex has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 3-4% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 24, 2026. Versatex has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 8, 2026. |

DaVinci Roofscapes has announced they are shaking up roofs with two new colors in their composite shake product lines: Timber Black and Blonde Cedar. DaVinci has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-8% on all DaVinci products (excluding Inspire Slate). We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 18, 2026. GAF Residential has announced a price increase of approximately 6-9% on all shingles and roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. GAF Commercial has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2026. IPS has announced a price increase on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2026. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 6-9% on all shingle and roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments June 1, 2026. Tarco has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 4, 2026. |

CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on CertainTeed Vinyl, Soffit and accessories, Cedar Impressions, and Rise Composite Cladding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2026. James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on DREAM, Milled Artisan, and Artisan Trim. We will adjust our prices with shipments on June 29, 2026. Mastic has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on vinyl siding, soffit, and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2026. Mid America has announced a price increase of approximately 6-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 17, 2026. Nichiha has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2026. Parksite has announced a price increase of approximately 3-15% on all Dupont products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 25, 2026. PolyMolding has announced a price increase of approximately 15% price increase on all products delivered on or after May 15, 2026. Progressive Foam has announced a price increase of approximately 2-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 18, 2026. |
