| Marvin has announced a price reduction on their essential window and patio door line. It will be a savings of approximately 10%. Wolf has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Bilco Doors and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 10, 2026. |

| USG has announced a price increase on all interior finishing products packaged in pails, which includes all Joint Compound, Texture, Primer, Plaster and Accessories products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 14, 2026. USG has also announced effective immediately they have discontinued Sheetrock Brand Durabond 210 Joint Compound. |
