Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 7-16 week lead time, depending on the cabinet manufacturer, once the order has been placed and confirmed by the manufacturer.
Diamond Cabinetry has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022.
Omega has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022.
Schrock has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022.
Wolf has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on Wolf Classic cabinets. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 25, 2022. |

Azek announced a price increase of approximately 4-16% on all Azek and TimberTech decking and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022.
U.S. Lumber has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all Blue Star Mahogany Decking. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2022. |

Allegion has announced a price increase of approximately 8-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 25, 2022.
Jeld-Wen has announced a price increase of approximately 8-25% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2022.
Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 6.5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 4, 2022.
Marvin has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022.
MMI Door has announced a price increase of approximately 15-25% on all Doors and Frames. We will adjust our prices with shipments on May 1, 2022.
PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 28, 2022.

CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all Asphaltic Membranes. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022.
GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022.
Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 11% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022.
Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 4, 2022.
Tarco has announced two price increases. They announced approximately 2-4% on all felt. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022. They also announced approximately 2-4% on all underlayments. We will adjust our price effective with shipments on April 15, 2022.
Tremco has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all Vulkum Sealants. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022. |

CertainTeed Siding has announced the return of colors in vinyl siding & a Do Not Mix situation. This will be a 2-phase process: Started 3/21 – orders can begin to be placed for Charcoal Gray, Pacific Blue, Flagstone, Castle Stone & Cypress. Note: All Charcoal Gray & Pacific Blue siding panels will become a “Do Not Mix” situation Starting April 11th – All other colors will be available to order
Grace Vycor has announced a price increase of approximately 7.5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022.
Kingspan had announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all XPS; seam tape; butyl and asphalt flashing products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on March 28, 2022.
