| Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. | Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 7-16 week lead time, depending on cabinet manufacturer, once the order has been placed and confirmed by manufacturer. | |

| Blue Star Mahogany had announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all decking and accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2021. National Nail had announced a price increase of approximately 8-18% on all Camo Hidden Deck Fasteners. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on July 26, 2021. | |

| Andersen has announced they will be increasing their storm door lead time for custom and made to order MTO storm doors (doors not stocked in our ALI’s which are MTO/Custom) from 14 production days to 24 days (6 to 7 weeks with shipping/delivery). MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 10-15% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 9% on all Therma-Tru products and approximately 3% on all exterior wood products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 1, 2021. Simonton Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 6-20% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. Therma-Tru has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. Therma-Tru had announced the discontinuation of their 90-Minute Steel Edge Fire Doors effective July 26, 2021. | |

| Air Vent has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all steel and aluminum products and 10% on all plastic products. We will adjust our prices with shipments on August 1, 2021. Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all roofing shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all roofing shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 7, 2021. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a production suspension for the following shingle lines effective July 1, 2021: Carriage House, Grand Manor, Highland Slate, Presidential TL, Shangle Ridge, High Performance Starter, and Universal Starter. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 4-7% on all roofing shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. GAF has announced they will only be producing these colors starting July: Timberline HDZ: Charcoal, Weathered Wood, Pewter Gray; Natural Shadow: Charcoal, Weathered Wood; Royal Sovereign: Charcoal, Weathered Gray. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all roofing shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 11, 2021. MFM has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all Window Flashing. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 16, 2021. NuCedar has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2021. Windows Andersen had announced two new product enhancements to their product line: new black high corrosion resistant hinge option on all A-series patio doors and new and improved interior finish on their 200 series Narroline patio doors. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 10-15% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2021. MI Windows and Doors has announced they are changing their roll-form and extruded full screens to FlexScreen on all 1556 new construction double hung windows. MI Windows and Doors have announced they have discontinued offering 4-9/16 & 6-9/16 wood jambs. They have also announced they are now offering black paint on interior and exterior 1620 & 1630 products. PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products and accessories.
