| Larson has announced they will be discontinuing GrandVue 800, GrandVue 900 and GrandVue 950 effective August 7, 2023. They have also discontinued the Stock size Escape Products in all colors effective immediately. | ||
| Roofing – Residential | ||
| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingle and accessory products. We will adjust our shipments effective August 1, 2023. CertainTeed Roofing Products has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2023. Cougar Paws has announced a price increase of approximately 8-15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective immediately. GAF has announced the price increase of approximately 5-7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 7, 2023. GAF has also announced they moved all production of Sovereign 3-tab shingles from the Myerstown plant to the Mt. Vernon plant. This is a DO-NOT-MIX situation. Owens Corning announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all shingle and Owens Corning branded roofing accessory products, along with the RhinoRoof & Titanium branded products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2023. Owens Corning also announced that they changed the production location for three colors of ProEdge AR Hip & Ridge which will result in a “Do Not Mix”. They will ship ProEdge AR Hip & Ridge Shingles in Onyx Black, Driftwood, & Estate Gray from this alternative location on a rolling basis. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all residential roofing products and water proofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 7, 2023. Tamko also announced they adjusted their line production of Heritage shingles in several colors: Olde English Pewter, Oxford Grey, Rustic Cedar, Rustic Redwood, and Virginia Slate. This will cause a “Do Not Mix”. | ||

| CertainTeed Siding Group has announced they have entered into a binding agreement with Barrette Outdoor Living for the sale of the CertainTeed Siding Products Group Fence, Railing and Decking business. They estimate the sale to close in the third quarter of this year. LP Building Solutions has announced they have expanded their 38 Series soffit portfolio to include 24”x16’ vented and closed in the following ExpertFinish colors: Snowscape White, Abyss Black, Sand Dunes, and Quarry Gray. The 38 Series soffit 12”x16’ vented and closed and 16”x16’ vented and closed will only be offered in Snowscape White. They will be discontinuing all PIDs in the following ExpertFinish products: 540 Series 2” Trim and 38 Series 4’x8’ Soffit. | ||

Andersen has announced they implemented a modification to the 100 Series casement hinge bracket. Andersen has also announced that all three of their 100 Series window and all three of Andersen’s 100 Series window manufacturing facilities will begin using a new window opening control device (WOCD) for 100 Series single-hung and gliding windows.
