| Allegion has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on all Residential and commercial portfolio. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 23, 2023. Larson has announced they are discontinuing the colors of Cranberry and Green in their Elegant and Classic Elegance Storm Door product line effective December 31. Simonton has announced effective December 31, 2022, they will be discontinuing the 5500 Hinged Patio Door. This includes both the French and Hinge version along with several components used to produce this door. |

| CertainTeed Railing has announced the plan to discontinue these items from their product line by the end of the year: Oxford Glass Railing in 6’ Oxford Rail Pack, Flat and 6’ Oxford Rail Pack and Stair and Glass Balusters 6” Pack 4” x 3/8”, Clear. |
| Roofing – Residential |
| GAF has announced they have moved all production of Sovereign 3-tab shingles from the Myerstown plant to the Mt. Vernon plant. This is a DO-NOT-MIX situation. |

| CertainTeed STONEfacade has announced the discontinuation of their Appalachian Twilight products as well as their Multicourse in all colors. They have also announced they will be discontinuing these items from their product line by the end of the year: CertainTeed Siding and Soffit Panels & Vinyl Carpentry Accessories Northwoods – Single 9” Staggered Rough-Split Shakes: All colors; Single 7” Straight Edge Perfection: Buckskin; Single 7” Straight Edge Rough-Split Shakes: Buckskin; Mainstreet – 4”, Triple 3”, Double 5”, Double 4” Dutchlap, Double 5” Dutchlap: Buckskin and Light Maple Vytec Siding & Accessories Double 5” Select Soffit – Solid & Full Vent: Buttercream and Musket Brown; F-Channel: Sand Drift, Sierra Brown, Rustic Clay, Musket Brown; H-Trim: Sand Drift, Sierra Brown, Rustic Clay; 5/8” J-Channel: Musket Brown James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all siding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 3, 2023. LP Building Solutions has announced a price increase of approximately 3-5% on all siding and trim. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 2, 2023. They have also announced effective January 1, 2023, they will be expanding their 38 Series soffit portfolio to include 24”x16’ vented and closed in the following ExpertFinish colors: Snowscape White, Abyss Black, Sand Dunes, and Quarry Gray. The 38 Series soffit 12”x16’ vented and closed and 16”x16’ vented and closed will only be offered in Snowscape White. They will be discontinuing all PIDs in the following ExpertFinish products: 540 Series 2” Trim and 38 Series 4’x8’ Soffit. |
