| Azek has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2024. |
| Doors |
| Marvin has announced the introduction of redesigned Marvin Signature Ultimate Sliding doors effective January 2024. Paradigm had introduced effective November 13 a black a modern and durable patio door handle. Provia has announced their customers will now be able to purchase all black patio doors as part of their Endure product line. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 8-9.5% on all Woodgrain products specifically all Interior and Exterior Door units and slabs. We will adjust prices effective with shipments on December 4, 2023. Reeb has also announced a price increase of approximately 3-6% on all Therma-Tru products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 2, 2024. Viwinco has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2024. |
| Exterior Millwork |
| CertainTeed Millwork has announced they implemented a temporary change to the protective film used on their restoration millwork products. This will be implemented as a rolling change. They will provide an update on the status of their normal film supply in Q2 2024. |
| Lumber |
| Huber has announced a price increase of approximately 1-3% on Blue Plus and Advantech Subfloor. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 2, 2024. |
| Roofing – Residential |
| Tamko had announced they adjusted their line production of Heritage shingles in several colors: Olde English Pewter, Oxford Grey, Rustic Cedar, Rustic Redwood, Virginia Slate, and Weathered Wood. This will cause a “Do Not Mix”. Tamko has also announced they will be discontinuing Oxford Grey, Autumn Brown, and Slatetone Grey in 2024. |

| Allura has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all siding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 4, 2024. CertainTeed Siding Group has announced the discontinuation of the following items by year end. Cedar Impressions Polymer Siding & Accessories –Double 7” Straight Edge Perfection Shingles: Autumn Yellow, Mountain Cedar, Buckskin –7” Perfection Offset Mitered Cornerpost: Autumn Yellow, Mountain Cedar, Buckskin –Triple 5” Straight Edge Sawmill Shingles: Melrose, Mountain Cedar –Triple 5” Straight Edge Sawmill Corner: Melrose, Mountain Cedar CertainTeed Siding and Soffit Panels –Monogram Double 4” Clapboard, Double 5” Clapboard, Double 5” Dutchlap: Buckskin, Light Maple, Hearthstone –Board & Batten Single 8” Vertical Clapboard x 12’6” & Single 8” x 10’: Light Maple –Board & Batten Single 7” Vertical Clapboard: Hearthstone –Vinyl Carpentry Cornice Molding: Autumn Yellow Restoration Millwork –CustomCraft Trimboard Smooth/Smooth: Natural White –CustomCraft Sheet Smooth/Smooth: Natural White CertainTeed Siding Group has also announced that in the next coming months there will be a change to their Stone Façade product. The change to the rainscreen insert has been to improve functional design. This will NOT require a “do not mix”. CertainTeed has also announced that they are making a production change to the Pacific Blue siding and soffit that will result in a DO-NOT-MIX situation. The D0-NOT-MIX will NOT affect accessories or Cedar Impressions – only Pacific Blue panels and soffit. This change is effective immediately. James Hardie announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all siding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 2, 2024. Mastic has announced the discontinuation of the following items by year end. Mastic Vinyl Siding and Accessories –All Eclipse Profiles: All colors –Millcreek Triple 3: All colors –Ventura Soffit Solid and Vented: Colonial Yellow, Lakeshore Fern, Olive, Corn Silk, Thistle, Everest, Quiet Yellow |

Jeld-Wen has announced they are discontinuing the manufacturing of their 2500 series wood window in 2024.
Marvin has announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all Signature Ultimate & Skycove, Awaken & Skylights, and Elevate windows. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 18, 2023.
