Allegion has announced a price increase of approximately 3-10% on all Residential and commercial portfolio. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 23, 2023. ProVia has announced a price increase of approximately 6-15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 1, 2023 | ||
Exterior Millwork | ||
Fypon has announced the discontinuation of many of their items from their product line beginning in 2023. Fypon’s website will have the complete list of discontinued products. | ||
Railing | ||
CertainTeed Railing has announced the plan to discontinue these items from their product line by the end of the year: Oxford Glass Railing in 6’ Oxford Rail Pack, Flat and 6’ Oxford Rail Pack and Stair and Glass Balusters 6” Pack 4” x 3/8”, Clear. | ||
Roofing – Residential | ||
GAF has announced they have moved all production of Sovereign 3-tab shingles from the Myerstown plant to the Mt. Vernon plant. This is a DO-NOT-MIX situation. | ||
Siding | ||
Kingspan has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all underlayment products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on January 30, 2023. LP Building Solutions has announced they have expanded their 38 Series soffit portfolio to include 24”x16’ vented and closed in the following ExpertFinish colors: Snowscape White, Abyss Black, Sand Dunes, and Quarry Gray. The 38 Series soffit 12”x16’ vented and closed and 16”x16’ vented and closed will only be offered in Snowscape White. They will be discontinuing all PIDs in the following ExpertFinish products: 540 Series 2” Trim and 38 Series 4’x8’ Soffit. | ||
Windows | ||
Andersen has announced they implemented a modification to the 100 Series casement hinge bracket. Andersen has also announced that all three of their 100 Series window and all three of Andersen’s 100 Series window manufacturing facilities will begin using a new window opening control device (WOCD) for 100 Series single-hung and gliding windows.
Jeld-Wen has announced a price increase of approximately 6-12% on all wood windows. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 16, 2023.
Larson has announced a price increase of approximately3% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2023. They have also announced they will be discontinuing these items from their product line in December: Scenix Porch Window, Interior Storm Windows, and Exterior Storm Windows.
Provia has announced a price increase of approximately 6-15% on all products. We will adjust our prices effect with shipments on February 1, 2023.
