| Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 7-16 week lead time, depending on cabinet manufacturer, once the order has been placed and confirmed by manufacturer. Wellborn has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 28, 2022 | |

| Trex has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2022. | |

| Allegion has announced a price increase of approximately 5-11% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 19, 2022. Andersen has announced A-Series Gliding Patio Doors now available with New and Improved Rollers. Bilco has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2022. Masonite has announced a price increase of approximately 11-20% on all Masonite Interior and Exterior Doors. We will adjust our prices with shipments on January 3, 2022. Jeld-Wen has announced a price increase of approximately 12-15% on all Interior and Exterior Doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 5, 2022. ProVia has announced they have discontinued the following Heritage Fiberglass door styles effective immediately: 008P and 243 styles in Heritage Smooth and Heritage Textured Fiberglass; 008P in 8’ height in Heritage Textured Fiberglass. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 3-18% on all Therma Tru Fiberglass and Steel Doors and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 28, 2022. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 7-40% on all 1 ¾” Fire and Commercial Doors and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 6, 2022. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 9-14% on all Woodgrain and Simpson Doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022. Simonton has announced they will temporarily be suspending shipments of our StormBreaker Plus, Brickmould 600 Safepoint Storm, and Brickmould 600 Safepoint Sound & Security impact window and door products. | |

Gaco has announced a price increase of approximately 30% on all products effective with shipments on January 3, 2022. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 31, 2022. Lifetime Tool has announced a price increase of approximately 18-35% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2022. Low E has announced a price increase of approximately 14% on all underlayment. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 3, 2022. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 31, 2022. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 7, 2022. Tarco had announced a price increase of approximately 4-19% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on December 13, 2021. United Asphalt has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. | Allura has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all James ALLURA’ siding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 3, 2022. Carpenter has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all underlayments. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 6, 2022. CertainTeed Siding has announced some additions to their product line: New Color Additions: Cedar Impressions: Double 7” Straight Edge Perfection Shingles, Triple 5” Sawmill Shingles, 7” Perfection Offset Mitered Cornerposts and T5” Straight Edge Sawmill Offset Mitered Cornerposts. Four colors have been added to the line for 2022: Brownstone, Melrose, Weathered Wood, and Wedgewood Blue. They will also extend these colors to the following complementary accessories: Shake/shingle Undersill Trim and Cornice Molding. New Color Additions: CertainTeed Vinyl Siding: Board and Batten 12” Vertical Siding: Herringbone and Snow. They will also extend these colors to the following complementary accessories: 1 ¼” Outside Cornerpost, 1 ¼” Inside Cornerpost, and 1 ¼” J-Channel; Board and Batten Single 8” Vertical Siding – 10’ and 12’6” Lengths; Perimeter Triple 3 1/3” Hidden Vent and Solid Soffit: Herringbone. New Color Additions: CertainTeed Vinyl Siding: Monogram; They are introducing three colors to the Monogram line for D4” and D5” Clapboard as well as for the D5” Dutchlap profiles: Olive Grove, Smoky Gray, and Tuxedo. Board and Batten Single 7” Vertical Siding: Smoky Gray, Tuxedo, Weathered Wood, and Wedgewood Blue. We will also extend colors to the following complementary accessories: ¾” Outside Cornerpost: Tuxedo, ¾” Inside Cornerpost: Tuxedo’ ½” J-Channel: Olive Grove, Smoky Gray, Tuxedo, Weathered Wood, Wedgewood Blue; Undersill Trim: Tuxedo; Trim Coil: Smoky Gray; Soffit: Perimeter Triple 3 1/3 Hidden Vent and Solid Soffit and Universal Triple 4” Vented and Solid Soffit: Black. Black Soffit panels and accessories are all “soffit use only” products. Black color launch in soffit with a full line of complementary accessories that include: 5/8” F-Channel, ½” J-Channel, and Trim Coil. They will also extend these colors to the following complementary accessories to the 3/4” H-bar: Autumn Red, Charcoal Gray, Colonial White, Granite Gray, Midnight Blue, Natural Clay, Pacific Blue, Sable Brown, Savannah Wicker, and Sterling Gray. James Hardie has announced a price increase of approximately 3-6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2022. They have also announced some changes to their product line: Milled Arisan (Aspyre collection) orders have been halted until April 1, 2022; they are discontinuing Primed and Color Plus: Hardie Soffit Beaded Porch Panel; 4×8 James Hardi Backer 500. They have also announced the permanent discontinuation of the following product in both Primed and ColorPlus Technology: Reveal Panel Systems effective January 5, 2022. Hardie Shingle Siding will be on allocation in the Northeast effective immediately. Kingspan has announced a price increase of approximately 10-15% on all xps, seam tape, butyl, and asphalt flashing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 22, 2021. Mastic has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all metal products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 4, 2022. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all siding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 1, 2022. MFM has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all window flashing. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 1, 2022. NPC has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all osi caulks and sealants. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 10, 2022. Polyglass has announced a price increase of approximately 9-17% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 14, 2022. | |

| Malco had announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all tools. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on December 27, 2021. VanMark had announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on December 15, 2021. | |
| Windows |
Andersen implemented a modification to 100 Series casement hinges. This is only visible when the unit is open, the casement hinge will incorporate a bracket that will help reduce damage during transit.
Marvin had announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on December 17, 2021.
MI Windows announced they are changing their roll-form and extruded full screens to Flex Screen on all 1556 new construction double hung windows. They have also announced they are introducing continuous head and sill on our top-selling 9770 and 1675 Series casement and casement picture windows.
Paradigm Window Solutions has announced they are discontinuing the option for custom paint colors on all product effective immediately. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on February 1, 2022.
Simonton has announced they will temporarily be suspending shipments of our Storm Breaker Plus, Brickmould 600 Safepoint Storm, and Brickmould 600 Safepoint Sound & Security impact window and door products.
Velux has announced a price increase of approximately 6.50% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 7, 2022.
