| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingle and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all residential roofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. Owens Corning announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingle and roofing accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2024. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all Roofing and Waterproofing products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 15, 2024. |

| Certainteed has announced an immediate suspension of the following siding panel colors. The Cedar Impression product family is not impacted by this suspension. All colors remain available in the Cedar Impressions family.
