| Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 6-15% on all Therma-Tru products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2022. They have also announced an increase on all Simpson and Woodgrain doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2022. Spectrum Brands has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all Kwikset, Weiser and Safe Lock products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2022. |

| Christy’s had announced a price increase of approximately 9% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2022. Fypon has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2022. |

| Feeney Cable Rail has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 1, 2022. |

| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 7-10% on all shingles, ventilation, and underlayment products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2022. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 29, 2022. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2022. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 9% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2022. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 25, 2022. Velux has announced a price increase of approximately 7.5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on August 1, 2022. |

MI Windows and Doors has announced effective August 26, 2022 they will be discontinuing 7/8” flat and 15/16” sculptured grids on all 1555, 1556, and 1650 double Hung, picture window and specialty; 1665 awning, picture window and specialty; 1675 casement, picture window, and specialty; 1685 horizontal slider. This does not impact any products made in Gratz (3500, 4300, 910).
ProVia has announced effective immediately Barcelona decorative glass have become unavailable. This will impact the 6 styles of doors/sidelites: 130BRC sidelite styles in all skins, 160BRC sidelites in steel or Heritage Fiberglass, 230BRC door styles in all skins, 430BRC door styles in all skins, 440BRC door styles in all skins, 460BRC door styles in all skins
