| Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. | Cabinets | |
| Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 10-12 week lead time once the order has been placed and confirmed by manufacturer. | |
| Cement | |
| Quikcrete has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on concrete mix. We will adjust our prices effective on July 1, 2021. | |
| Doors | |
| Andersen had announced their updated lead times on patio doors effective April 26, 2021: Patio Series Gliding – 21 days, E-Series Gliding – 33 days, and E-Series Hinge – 33 days. BWI has announced a price increase of approximately 6-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 2, 2021. Huttig has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all interior pre-hung doors. We will adjust our prices on June 7, 2021. Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1. 2021. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 10-18% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 6-7% on all prehung interior and exterior units and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. | |

| Amarr has announced a price increase of approximately 14-17% on all garage doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 5, 2021. | |

| Parksite had announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Tyvek house wrap. We adjusted our prices effective on May 12, 2021. | |
| Interior Millwork | |
| Metrie has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all moulding and boards. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 15, 2021. | |

| Intex had announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on May 14, 2021. | |

| Atlas has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all shingles, underlayment and ventilation products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 21, 2021. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all shingles and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. They have also announced they are discontinuing Glenwood Designer Shingles in all colors; TruSlate Premium Roofing System all components; Woodland Design Shingles: Tuscan Sunset and Woodberry Brown; Grand Sequoia Designer Shingles out of Mount Vernon. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all shingle and roofing accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 5, 2021. | |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced that effective immediately these products will still be temporary suspended: Monogram: Arbor Blend, Cedar Blend, Driftwood Blend, Frontier Blend, Natural Blend, Rustic Blend, Weathered Blend; Cedarboards: Autumn Red, Sable Brown, Spruce; Restoration Classic: Atutumn Red, Charcoal Gray, Espresso, Flagstone, Forest, Hearthstone, Melrose, midnight Blue, Mountain Cedar, Olive Grove, pacific Blue, Sable Brown, Slate, Spruce; Mainstreet: Buckskin, Castle Stone, Cypress, Oxford Blue, Seagrass, Autumn Red, Charcoal Gray, Flagstone, Forest, Hearthstone, Pacific Blue, Sable Brown, Spruce; Encore: Buckskin, Castle Stone, Cypress, Oxford Blue, Seagrass Gentek had announced a price increase of approximately 10-12% on all coil and fascia. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on May 10, 2021. Henkel has announced a price increase of approximately 5-14% on all OSI, Loctite and GE items. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. Kingspan had announced a price increase of approximately 8-10% on xps, seam tape, butyl, asphalt and flashing products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on May 30, 2021. Louisville Ladder has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. Malco has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 28, 2021. Windows Andersen had announced two new product enhancements to their product line: new black high corrosion resistant hinge option on all A-series patio doors and new and improved interior finish on their 200 series Narrowline patio doors. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 12-18% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. They have also announced they are now offering black paint on interior and exterior 1620 & 1630 products. |
