Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. Please contact your local vendor representative for up-to-date vendor lead-times and thank you for your business.
In the effort to do our part controlling community spread, we are encouraging customers to call their orders in advance to our Sales Team, then we will pull your order and place in a designated area, which will be communicated when you call. If you need to visit the counter, please do so, understanding our attempts to maintain the CDC suggested social distancing. Universal Supply requires you to wear a mask. Please eliminate all physical contact and practice social distancing by attempting to maintain a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and other individuals. |

MFM Building Products has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all window flashing. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 15, 2021. Mid America has announced a price increase of approximately 6-15% on all shutters and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2021. Polar has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all underlayments. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2021.
