| Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. | Cabinets |
| Due to current market conditions, all cabinet manufacturers have announced a 7-16 week lead time, depending on cabinet manufacturer, once the order has been placed and confirmed by manufacturer. AristioKraft Cabinets has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 25, 2022. Diamond Cabinetry has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022. Omega has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022. Schrock has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 11, 2022. Wolf has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on Wolf Classic cabinets. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 25, 2022. |

| Camo had announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all Hidden Deck Fasteners. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 21, 2022. Weyerhaeuser has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Evergrain Composite Decking. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 8, 2022. |
| Doors |
| Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 6.5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 4, 2022. They have also announced the discontinuation of these items effective March 31, 2022: 156FV/156FVE, 159FBE/159FBE, 830-14, 286-SX, 350-13/14, 360-NV. Plygem has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 28, 2022. ProVia has announced they have discontinued the following Heritage Fiberglass door styles effective immediately: 008P and 243 styles in Heritage Smooth and Heritage Textured Fiberglass; 008P in 8’ height in Heritage Textured Fiberglass. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 9-14% on all Woodgrain and Simpson Doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022. Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 28, 2022. Simonton has announced a price increase of approximately 5-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 28, 2022. The have also announced they will temporarily be suspending shipments of our StormBreaker Plus, Brickmould 600 Safepoint Storm, and Brickmould 600 Safepoint Sound & Security impact window and door products. |

| CertainTeed Restoration has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 14, 2022. Fypon has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on April 1, 2022. HB&G has announced a price increase of approximately 5-25% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 1, 2022. Metrie has announced a price increase of approximately 12% on all Moulding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 7, 2022. Lumber Boise had announced a price increase of approximately 15-30% on all Engineered Wood products. We adjusted our prices effective immediately. Weyerhaeuser had announced a price increase of approximately 10-20% on all Engineered Wood products. We adjusted our prices effective immediately. Railing CertainTeed Evernew has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 14, 2022. |
| Roofing – Residential |
| GAF has also announced to provide a more streamlined product offering, Timberline AH (also known as Timberline American Harvest) will be transitioning from a standalone product line to a color offering under Timberline HDZ called the Harvest Blend. Lomanco has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on March 15, 2022. Gaco had announced a price increase of approximately 36-58% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 14, 2022. Tamko has announced the expansion of the Titan XT shingle color offering. This expansion now provides 15 colors of Titan XT and will be available March 1, 2022. Tarco had announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 15, 2022 |
| Siding |
| CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all Vinyl and 11-51% on all Stone Facade. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on February 14, 2022. They have also announced some additions to their product line: New Color Additions: Cedar Impressions: Double 7” Straight Edge Perfection Shingles, Triple 5” Sawmill Shingles, 7” Perfection Offset Mitered Cornerposts and T5” Straight Edge Sawmill Offset Mitered Cornerposts. Four colors have been added to the line for 2022: Brownstone, Melrose, Weathered Wood, and Wedgewood Blue. They will also extend these colors to the following complementary accessories: Shake/shingle Undersill Trim and Cornice Molding. New Color Additions: CertainTeed Vinyl Siding: Board and Batten 12” Vertical Siding: Herringbone and Snow. They will also extend these colors to the following complementary accessories: 1 ¼” Outside Cornerpost, 1 ¼” Inside Cornerpost, and 1 ¼” J-Channel; Board and Batten Single 8” Vertical Siding – 10’ and 12’6” Lengths; Perimeter Triple 3 1/3” Hidden Vent and Solid Soffit: Herringbone. Velux has announced their Solar Skylight Shades are back. To ensure enough shades for an influx of orders, they have developed a roll-out strategy that begins with prioritizing white, double-pleated solar shades. Coming soon will be their solar light-filtering shades in white that are expected to be available in early March; Solar double-pleated and light-filtering shades in beige for all skylight models are expected to be available by the end of March; Solar double-pleated and light-filtering shades for all skylight models are expected to be available in stock fashion colors in early April. |
