| Announcements |
| New Customer Portal … You may or may not have heard we are getting a facelift. On April 15, 2024, we began enrollment of our new customer portal. We are very excited about this, as many of you have been asking for this for quite some time. You are able to access the portal from the Universal Supply website in the “bill pay” section. You will be able to view, print and pay invoices via ACH and now credit card. Please note: Credit card payments will include a 2% convenience fee to cover credit card processing fees. This will also happen when paying by phone or in person. |

| MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 3% on all 120 &1615/1516/1618 Series Patio Doors. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 13, 2024. Paradigm has announced the expansion of their collection with a new suite of patio doors, enhancing both their 5-Series and 8-Series products. Provia has announced several new product features and marketing enhancements: – Expand color palettes with 25 new stain and paint finished to align with home design trends – New glass options, including new Art Glass designs and black internal blinds – Addition of Matte Coal Black Endure hopper window with coordinating hardware – Coal Black Tuftex Smooth Cladding Provia has also announced the extended lead times on all windows with laminate. Provia customers will now be able to purchase all black patio doors as part of their Endure product line. |

| Fypon has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 10, 2024. HB & G has announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |
| Gypsum |
| USG has announced a price increase. More details to follow on the increase. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 27, 2024. |
| Roofiing |
| Berger has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices with shipments on June 3, 2024. |
| Siding |
| Berger has announced a price increase of approximately 5-8% on all products. We will adjust our prices with shipments on June 3, 2024. |
| Windows |
Jeld-Wen has announced they are discontinuing the manufacturing of their 2500 series wood window in 2024.
MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of 3% on all 1556, 1620, 9660 & 9770 Series Windows. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 13, 2024.
Provia has announced several new product features and marketing enhancements:
