| Due to the effect the Coronavirus pandemic is having on manufacturing, many of our manufacturers are having a difficult time keeping up with the demand due to labor shortages, raw good shortages, trucking limitations and production changes necessary to maintain social distancing just to name a few. Please contact your local vendor representative for up-to-date vendor lead-times and thank you for your business. In the effort to do our part controlling community spread, we are encouraging customers to call their orders in advance to our Sales Team, then we will pull your order and place in a designated area, which will be communicated when you call. If you need to visit the counter, please do so, understanding our attempts to maintain the CDC suggested social distancing. Universal Supply requires you to wear a mask. Please eliminate all physical contact and practice social distancing by attempting to maintain a minimum of 6 feet between yourself and other individuals. | |

| Azek has announced a price increase of approximately 2-15% on all Timbertech Azek products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2021. CertainTeed Evernew has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 3, 2021. Timber Holdings had announced a price increase of approximately 11-18% on all Premium IPE K.D. Decking we adjusted our prices effective with shipments on April 15, 2021. Wolf had announced a price increase of approximately 9-11% on all products and accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on April 26, 2021. | |

| Andersen had announced their updated lead times on patio doors effective April 26, 2021: Patio Series Gliding – 21 days, E-Series Gliding – 33 days, and E-Series Hinge – 33 days. BWI has announced a price increase of approximately 6-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 2, 2021. Huttig has announced a price increase of approximately 5-7% on all interior pre-hung doors. We will adjust our prices on June 7, 2021. Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1. 2021. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 10-18% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 6-7% on all prehung interior and exterior units and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. PlyGem has announced a price increase of 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 17, 2021. Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 17, 2021. Simonton has announced a new black exterior option on their ProFinish Brickmould 600 Series products. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all shingles and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. Everlast Metals has announced a price increase of approximately 4-10% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 31, 2021. GAF has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. They have also announced they are discontinuing Glenwood Designer Shingles in all colors; TruSlate Premium Roofing System all components; Woodland Design Shingles: Tuscan Sunset and Woodberry Brown; Grand Sequoia Designer Shingles out of Mount Vernon. Owens Corning has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all shingle and roofing accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 14, 2021. Tamko has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on July 5, 2021. United Asphalt has announced a price increase of approximately 8-9% on all Ice and Water Shield 1.95 sq. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 3, 2021. | |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 10% on all siding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 3, 2021. Henkel has announced a price increase of approximately 5-14% on all OSI, Loctite and GE items. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. Maibec has announced a price increase of approximately 4-6% on all Eastern White Cedar shingles. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on May 1, 2021. Windows Andersen had announced their updated lead times effective April 26, 2021: 100 Series – 31 days / 400 Series – 13 days / Woodwright Complementary – 63 days / E-Series – 33 days. They had also announced 2 new product enhancements to their product line: new black high corrosion resistant hinge option on all A-series patio doors and new and improved interior finish on their 200 series Narrowline patio doors. Bill Patton Skylights had announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on April 27, 2021. MI Windows and Doors has announced a price increase of approximately 12-18% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on June 1, 2021. They have also announced they are now offering black paint on interior and exterior 1620 & 1630 products. PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products.
