| Jeld-Wen had announced they are discontinuing their full IWP wood exterior and interior doors and Aurora product line. They stopped manufacturing at the end of October 2023. Marvin has announced the introduction of redesigned Marvin Signature Ultimate Sliding doors effective January 2024. Plygem had announced that on October 23, 2023, the new ENERGY STAR Doors, Residential Windows, and Skylights Version 7.0 specifications had become effective. Plygem had also announced they discontinued their Builder and Pro Series Wood Door products. Provia has announced their customers will now be able to purchase all black patio doors as part of their Endure product line. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 8-9.5% on all Woodgrain products specifically all Interior and Exterior Door units and slabs. We will adjust prices effective with shipments on December 4, 2023. | ||

| GAF has announced they have stopped production of Royal Sovereign White shingles at their Mount Vernon plant effective immediately. Tamko had announced they adjusted their line production of Heritage shingles in several colors: Olde English Pewter, Oxford Grey, Rustic Cedar, Rustic Redwood, Virginia Slate, and Weathered Wood. This will cause a “Do Not Mix”. | ||

| Allura has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all siding and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 4, 2024. CertainTeed Siding Group has announced the discontinuation the following items by year end. Cedar Impressions Polymer Siding & Accessories – Double 7” Straight Edge Perfection Shingles: Autumn Yellow, Mountain Cedar, Buckskin – 7” Perfection Offset Mitered Cornerpost: Autumn Yellow, Mountain Cedar, Buckskin – Triple 5” Straight Edge Sawmill Shingles: Melrose, Mountain Cedar – Triple 5” Straight Edge Sawmill Corner: Melrose, Mountain Cedar CertainTeed Siding and Soffit Panels – Monogram Double 4” Clapboard, Double 5” Clapboard, Double 5” Dutchlap: Buckskin, Light Maple, Hearthstone – Board & Batten Single 8” Vertical Clapboard x 12’6” & Single 8” x 10’: Light Maple – Board & Batten Single 7” Vertical Clapboard: Hearthstone Vinyl Carpentry – Cornice Molding: Autumn Yellow Restoration Millwork – CustomCraft Trimboard Smooth/Smooth: Natural White – CustomCraft Sheet Smooth/Smooth: Natural White CertainTeed Siding Group had also announced that they are making a production change to the Pacific Blue siding and soffit that will result in a DO-NOT-MIX situation. The D0-NOT-MIX will NOT affect accessories or Cedar Impressions – only Pacific Blue panels and soffit. This change is effective immediately. James Hardie announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all siding. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 2, 2024. | ||

| Andersen had announced that all three of their 100 Series window and all three of Andersen’s 100 Series window manufacturing facilities will begin using a new window opening control device (WOCD) for 100 Series single-hung and gliding windows. Andersen had also announced they implemented a modification to the 100 Series casement hinge bracket. Jeld-Wen has announced they are discontinuing the manufacturing of their 2500 series wood window in 2024. MI Windows and Doors introduced an enhanced, energy-efficient 7/8” triple-pane IGU option on their V2000 Series 4300 windows that began on October 29, 2023. Plygem has announced they had discontinued their Builder and Pro Series Wood Window products. Provia has announced that customers will now be able to purchase their new all black exterior, all black interior vinyl windows as part of their Endure product line. Provia has also announced 3 new stain colors for Aeris Maple windows: Beechnut, English Walnut and Ebony. | ||
