| MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. |

| Azek TimberTech has announced a price increase of approximately 2-3.5% on all trim. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on December 30, 2024. CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Restoration Millwork. HB & G has announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |

| CertainTeed has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all vinyl siding, soffit and accessories, Cedar Impressions, and STONEfacade. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on January 13, 2025. CertainTeed has announced the discontinuation of the following SKU list by the end of this year. Cedar Impressions Polymer Siding & Accessories – Color Deletions: Light Maple will be discontinued across all Cedar Impressions products and accessories. – Profile Transition: The current Double 7” Staggered Perfection Shingles will be discontinued at the end of the year to allow for the introduction of the new 3G version which will include features such as SureStop™, HammerTapper™, EasyMeasure™ and more. Andersen had announced the availability to order select tilt-wash, casement, and complementary products 400 Series windows with triple-pane glass in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Pennsylvania on October 21, 2024.
