| MI Windows and Doors has announced the introduction of the black laminate/black paint on V3000 Series products. This color combination is available on the 1650 Double Hung, 1675 Casement, 1665 Awning, 1685 Double Slide, 1650 Picture Window, and 1615/1617 Sliding glass Door models. Provia has announced several new product features and marketing enhancements: – Expand color palettes with 25 new stain and paint finished to align with home design trends – New glass options, including new Art Glass designs and black internal blinds – Addition of Matte Coal Black Endure hopper window with coordinating hardware Coal Black Tuftex Smooth Cladding Provia has also announced the extended lead times on all windows with laminate. Provia customers will now be able to purchase all black patio doors as part of their Endure product line. Reeb has announced a price increase of approximately 3.5% average increase on all interior REEB Finish doors and units. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 16, 2024. |

| HB & G has announced they will no longer be selling Aluminum columns effective immediately. |
| Railing |
| Azek had announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Composite Rail product line aluminum accessories and all Impression Rail Express Aluminum Rail and related accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on August 30, 2024. |
| Siding |
| Certainteed has announced the discontinuation of these 3 colors: Buckskin, Hearthstone, and Mountain Cedar. All colors remain available in the Cedar Impressions family. ***Wedgewood Blue will undergo a reformation that will require a DO NOT MIX. This impacts all Wedgewood Blue vinyl panels but does not impact soffit, accessories, or Cedar Impressions. This was effective on August 26, 2024*** |
| Stairs |
| Durawood has announced a price increase of approximately 2-5% on all Pine based on the components of the stair and 8-10% on all White Oak. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 3, 2024. |

Jeld-Wen has announced they are discontinuing the manufacturing of their 2500 series wood window in 2024.

MI Windows and Doors had also announced the new black laminate J-Channel option for their V2000 Series on models 3500/3540, 3500PW/3540PW and 3500/3540SP.
