| Azek/TimberTech has announced a price increase of approximately 7-16% on all Azek/TimberTech railing and accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on September 1, 2021. Trex had announced a price increase of approximately 5-15% on all decking and accessories. We adjusted our prices effective with shipments on August 19, 2021. | |

| Andersen had announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 9, 2021. Jeld Wen has announced a price increase of approximately 15% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 7, 2021. Larson has announced a price increase of approximately 7-8% on all products and accessories. We will adjust the prices effective with shipments on October 18, 2021. PlyGem has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 10, 2021. ProVia has announced they have discontinued the following Heritage Fiberglass door styles effective immediately: 008P and 243 styles in Heritage Smooth and Heritage Textured Fiberglass; 008P in 8’ height in Heritage Textured Fiberglass Silverline has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 10, 2021. Simonton has announced a price increase of approximately 8% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 10, 2021. Viwinco has announced a price increase of approximately 7.5% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on October 1, 2021. They have also announced a price increase of approximately 4% on all PVC Membranes and 25% on all Metal Fastener Plates. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on October 4, 2021. Atas has announced a price increase of approximately 13% on all products and accessories. | CertainTeed Roofing has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all roofing shingles and accessory products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 7, 2021. They have also announced a production suspension for the following shingle lines effective July 1, 2021: Carriage House, Grand Manor, Highland Slate, Presidential TL, Shangle Ridge, High Performance Starter, and Universal Starter. Keene Building Products has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all products and accessories. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 1, 2021. | |

| CertainTeed Siding has announced a price increase of approximately 5% on all Certawrap House Wrap. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 7, 2021. James Hardie has announced some changes to their product line: Milled Arisan (Aspyre collection) orders have been halted until April 1, 2022; they are discontinuing Primed and Color Plus: Hardie Soffit Beaded Porch Panel; 4×8 James Hardi Backer 500 Smart Vent has announced a price increase of approximately 6% on all products. We will adjust our prices effective with shipments on September 15, 2021. Tools Alum-a-Pole has announced a price increase of approximately 6-8% on all products and accessories. We will adjust the prices effective with shipments on September 15, 2021. Windows Andersen had announced a price increase of approximately 7% on all products and accessories.
